I stare at these water paintings. It occurred to me that they're not about water so much as the physics of reflection. Fascinating.

When I was a kid, Julie London was what "sultry" meant.

Water, water, water. Always changing. Moving. Shifting. Flowing. I don't think I'll ever tire of painting it. Or, maybe it's the reflections I paint. Or the ground over which it flows. Maybe all of it. And more. Love it!
